'Price (min ) to Price ( max ) is the price range, and the final agreed price will be within that range completely depending on design complexity.

'On base' is understood as using bases / pre-drawn lines for your character. These lines are bought with adopt license from the original creators.

'Off base' is understood as the entire piece, including lines will be done by me from scratch, hence the price difference. Of course, if you want an 'On base' custom design, but want only some things hand-drawn ( For ex: hairstyles ), then it will still come under 'On base' prices and will not be charged extra.

'Extra Art' will likely can be a bust or half body of your new babe drawn by me, hence why it also has a price range. This extra art will always be a cel shaded piece from me, examples of which are in the beginning of the page.

All artwork commissioned from me will require artistic freedom. You are of course free to suggest poses, but I will not follow it to a 'T' if it does not fit within my comfort zone or does not fit within the composition of the piece or hinder the quality of the piece. Please place your trust in my expertise as an artist to determine how to draw your character in the best presentable way possible.

All artwork commissioned from me will be posted to my socials. Any requests to not post / keep it a private commission will require an extra fee of 20% of the final commission price and needs to be discussed beforehand.

I refuse to replicate other artists styles. I will not replicate the style your character was drawn in on their reference sheet. You approach me with the understanding that you have seen my examples and your character will be drawn in my style only. I will make no changes to your characters design ( unless you request it ), I assure you this.

Removal of my watermark will lead you to being added to the blacklist and possibly have a beware made on you. I ensure my watermark never covers important parts of the piece, to further remove it is disrespectful.

You are to provide a clear description of what your custom design should look like. I cannot read minds, hence I need you to be as descriptive as possible at the time of commissioning me.

You understand the prices shown on to you are indicative of 'unclothed' versions of the character. If you require clothes on the character, the price will be adjusted accordingly.

Providing me with moodboards, pictures from Google, colour palette ideas etc are highly encouraged

Make sure you credit me everytime my artwork of your new design is used / reposted.

Do not alter the file, make edits, recolour, removing my watermark, etc. Instead, tell me what needs changing and I will try to help.

AB2 will be preferred over AB. If you AB'd and someone else decides to AB2 over you within 24 hours of your AB, the preference goes to AB2. If there is no AB2 in 24 hours of your AB, the adopt is yours! This is to give a fair chance to both bidders and is the final deciding bid of the auction.

Bidders that can pay upfront are preferred over holds.

Payment within 24-48 hours is expected, if theres no communication regarding the payment your bid will be deemed forfeit and the adopt will be sold to the previous highest bidder.

Holds are only available for ABs with no more than 2 weeks of hold timeframe, and payment plans of no more than 2 splits. This is to avoid excessive fees being cut from the total amount ( Im charged more fees in payment plans than upfront payments! Please keep this in mind. I will be getting a lot less in the end if I accept payment plans. )

Payment plan splits can be in the following percents: 30/70, 40/60, 50/50

If choosing a payment plan method, the 1st part of the payment split needs to be upfront as a non refundable advance. This is to avoid last minute backouts.

My adopts are almost always crossposted on these platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, Discord servers, Furaffinity, DeviantART, YCHcommishes & ToyHouse. All bidders are kept informed of any crossbids.

By bidding or buying from me, it is understood that you agree to follow my ToS

You are in charge of your new oc. I do not place any 'rules' for you to follow when using the design sold to you. Once paid for, they are yours to do with. Any stories or art made for them after buying is understood as you, the owner, being accountable for. I do not want anything to do with it, so do not worry about me prying.

I will never forcefully repossess the adopt. That being said, if you lose interest in the adopt or change your mind and payment is already made, I will not be responsible in reselling it as that responsibility goes to you.

Please do not resell them for a higher price if they do not have added worth ( more art / items ) since you bought them from me. You will be blacklisted if you do.

I will only make minor changes to the design post payment. I do not offer any changes that requires re-drawing because with the way I render my pieces, all layers are flattened. You are however free to commission me to draw them separate to their adopt file.

If the adopt was made on a base, you will make sure to credit both me and the base creator when using the adopt file given to you.

Do not alter the adopt file given to you ( Make edits, recolour, etc )

Although only intended for personal use, you can use them commercially with credit to me if they are an off-base adopt. However if it is an on-base adopt, it is up to you to speak to the base maker to buy commercial rights for the base lines used
